GROWING A GREENER LAB
Laboratories are notorious “energy hogs,” resulting in high utility bills and a significant impact on the environment. More and more labs are implementing “green” practices and equipment in order to save both money and environmental waste. There are a number of new products on the market that will help labs cut back on water usage, reduce waste output, and introduce innovative new ways to heat and cool labs. Developing a sustainable lab doesn't happen overnight, but a series of equipment and utility changes can be made now in order to save time and money down the road.
